PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a completely solid type dye-sensitized solar cell having excellent performance using cuprous oxide which is an inorganic material for a carrier transport layer, and a method for producing the same. Make it an issue. SOLUTION: In a dye-sensitized solar cell having a porous semiconductor layer in which a dye is adsorbed and a carrier transport layer between a transparent conductive film formed on the surface of the transparent substrate and the conductive substrate, carrier transport is performed. The above-mentioned problem is solved by a dye-sensitized solar cell characterized in that the layer is composed of cuprous oxide. |
