abstract | (57) Abstract: The olefin polymerization catalyst of the present invention is characterized by containing a specific transition metal compound having an amine ligand. The olefin polymerization method of the present invention is characterized by polymerizing or copolymerizing an olefin in the presence of the olefin polymerization catalyst of the present invention. [Effect] According to the present invention, an olefin (co)polymer having a high polymerization activity and a narrow molecular weight distribution can be produced, and when used for copolymerization of two or more olefins, an olefin having a narrow composition distribution is obtained. An olefin polymerization catalyst capable of producing a copolymer can be provided. Further, according to the olefin polymerization method of the present invention, an olefin (co)polymer having a high polymerization activity and a narrow molecular weight distribution can be produced. |
