titleOfInvention | Optically active amine derivatives and synthesis method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically active amino alcohol derivative of the formula (5) or (6) useful as an intermediate for the production of pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals, etc., from a readily available and inexpensive natural α-amino acid as a starting material To provide a technique for producing stereoselectively, with good optical purity, at low cost, and stably without racemization. To provide an optically active 5-hydroxyoxazolidine derivative of the formula (3) and an aminoketone derivative of the formula (4), which are important intermediates for this production, and a production method thereof. SOLUTION: An easily available and inexpensive natural α-amino acid is used as a compound represented by the formula (1), and further reacted with an organometallic reagent represented by the formula (2) to obtain an optically active compound of the formula (3). − After the hydroxyoxazolidine derivative, it is treated with an acid to give an optically active aminoketone derivative of the formula (4). Subsequently, an optically active amino alcohol derivative of the formula (5) or (6) is obtained by a reduction reaction or the like. Embedded image |
