titleOfInvention | Method for producing optically active 3-hydroxypyrrolidine compound |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing an optically active 3-hydroxypyrrolidine compound. An optically active N-substituted 3-oxopyrrolidine compound is reacted with a) or b) below. -Substituted-3-hydroxypyrrolidine compounds can be prepared. Enzyme having the amino acid sequence shown in a) SEQ ID NO: 1. b) a pyrrolidine-comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in SEQ ID NO: 1 and represented by the general formula (1) The 3-one compound is converted to an optically active 3- represented by the general formula (2). An enzyme having an enzymatic activity of reducing to a hydroxypyrrolidine compound. |
