abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a measurement chip for a biosensor capable of detecting and measuring a microorganism, a virus, or an environmental hormone in real time with high sensitivity without complicated operation or using a labeling substance. An optically transparent substrate, a metal thin film formed on the substrate, an aminosilane film formed on the metal thin film, and a physiologically active substance immobilized on the aminosilane film are provided. In a measurement chip for a surface plasmon resonance biosensor, at least one substance selected from the group consisting of concanavalin A, sialic acid-containing sialo-glycan, estrogen receptor, testosterone receptor and cyclodextrin is used as a physiologically active substance.
