abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To suppress the gum-up in the bonding process, enable long-term operation, and contribute to the improvement of productivity, and the adhesion between fiber and rubber is the same as that of conventional products. Provided is an adhesive treatment agent which can have fatigue resistance comparable to the conventional one. An adhesive agent for carbon fiber containing 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a lignosulfonate per 100 parts by weight of rubber latex, a treated carbon fiber for reinforcing rubber, and a method for producing the same.
