(57) [Summary] (Corrected) [PROBLEMS] To provide an antistatic coating composition capable of forming a coating film having no temperature dependency and excellent in antistatic performance, a coating film thereof, and an antistatic method. A two-pack type comprising: A) a main resin containing a polyurethane resin having at least one silanol group in a molecule, a strongly basic tertiary amine and a conductive inorganic filler; and B) a melamine-based curing agent. Antistatic coating composition. Preferably, the resin is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component, and the polyol component is a polycarbonate diol. The amine has a pKa of 11 or more, and further includes 1,8-diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undecene-7 (DBU) and 1,6-diazabicyclo [3.4. 0] nonene-5 is preferred. Preferably, the conductive inorganic filler is tin dioxide, antimony-doped tin dioxide, indium oxide, or tin oxide composite oxide. |
