abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a ceramic having a high thermal expansion coefficient which can be adjusted widely and has high strength. SOLUTION: At least one kind of alkali metal is 25 to 39% by weight in terms of oxide, and Al is 28 to 39% in terms of oxide. The main component is a crystal phase of a composite oxide comprising 35% by weight and 33 to 41% by weight of Si in terms of oxide. Silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alumina, boron carbide is used with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main component. Aluminosilicate-based sintered body to which at least one or more of the above is added in an amount of 40 to 150 parts by weight.
