Manufacturing method of fiber reinforced plastics |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic having excellent reliability without micro defects such as voids, cracks, sink marks and peeling. SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced base material is incorporated into a mold, a thermosetting resin is vacuum-impregnated into the fiber-reinforced base material as a matrix resin, and then heat-cured. Curing conditions are set so that the amount of shrinkage is offset by the volume expansion of the matrix resin itself due to a rise in temperature. |
