titleOfInvention | Positive electrode current collector for alkaline secondary battery, method for producing the same, and positive electrode using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active material particle which has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, can be filled with active material particles without leaving any gaps deep in the inside of a hole, has good current collecting performance for the active material particles, and Provided are a positive electrode current collector that can be securely held without falling off, a method for manufacturing the same, and a positive electrode. SOLUTION: A positive electrode current collector is entirely formed of metal, and an opening radius R1 of a hole 10 opened on one surface 1a thereof is 20 μm or more and less than 1000 μm, and a depth D is 50 to 50 μm. The cross-sectional area of the hole 10 was wide at the opening 10a and was reduced toward the back. According to the manufacturing method, a metal thin film is deposited by electroplating on the surface of a plating mold in which an electrode region having a three-dimensional shape corresponding to the one surface 1a and the inner surface of a hole continuous with the one surface is formed, and then separated. In the positive electrode, holes 10 were filled with active material particles. |
