According to the manufacturing method, a metal thin film is deposited by electroplating on the surface of a plating mold in which an electrode region having a three-dimensional shape corresponding to the one surface 1a and the inner surface of a hole continuous with the one surface is formed, and then separated. In the positive electrode, holes 10 were filled with active material particles.
