PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical polymer sheet having transparency, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and liquid crystal resistance applicable to a liquid crystal display element substrate and the like, and having excellent adhesion to an inorganic film. SOLUTION: This composition contains 99 to 70 parts by weight of a monomer having a dicyclopentadiene skeleton represented by the following general formula (1) and a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (2), and is contained in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at 60 ° C.
