PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a proton conductor membrane excellent in proton conductivity and gas barrier properties, and a method for producing a fuel cell using the proton conductor membrane. SOLUTION: A porous film formed of a polyolefin-based resin is subjected to a surface treatment to be impregnated with a solution or slurry of a solid electrolyte, and a method for producing a proton conductor membrane, and a method of manufacturing the proton conductor membrane using hydrogen. A method for producing a fuel cell, comprising sandwiching the electrode between an electrode and an oxygen electrode. |
