(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A double-structured electrode used for a display portion can be thinned and thinned, the aperture ratio of the electrode can be increased, and the luminance of a discharge cell can be improved. Further, the present invention provides a plasma display and a method of manufacturing the same, which can manufacture the electrode easily and inexpensively using simple equipment and can reduce the manufacturing cost.
