A polysiloxane and an inorganic powder dispersed in a matrix of the polysiloxane, wherein at least a part of Si contained in the polysiloxane has a phenyl group and an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or fluoro group. An inorganic-organic hybrid material having an alkyl group bonded thereto. Preferably, the molar ratio of phenyl group / Si is 1/10 to 9/10, and the molar ratio of alkyl group or fluoroalkyl group / Si is 9/10 to 1/10. And has an elongation of at least 15%, 2020 mol% is replaced by Ti, Ta or Zr, and the friction coefficient under boundary lubrication is 0.8 in the Stribeck diagram. It is as follows.
