The obtained thermoplastic resin composition and molded article are provided. SOLUTION: A graft copolymer obtained by graft copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and other vinyl monomers in the presence of a rubbery polymer. A vinyl copolymer 50 to 90 obtained by copolymerizing 10 to 50% by weight of a copolymer with a monomer mixture of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, and another vinyl monomer. % By weight of a specific aromatic phosphate compound 1 to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin. 0 parts by weight and carbon black 0.0001 to 0.5 It is a flame-retardant resin composition for laser marking, which contains 0.001 to 5 parts by weight of triiron tetroxide and / or 0.001 to 5 parts by weight.
