titleOfInvention | Injectable sodium acetylsalicylate and uses thereof |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide an injectable sodium acetylsalicylate composition having high purity, being stable, and having pharmaceutically suitability for use as a medicament which can be injected subcutaneously. Methods for making anhydrous sodium acetylsalicylate are also provided. The anhydrous sodium acetylsalicylate is formed by removing water vapor from the dihydrate form of sodium acetylsalicylate at the same rate as when it was formed. The shelf life of such sodium acetylsalicylate is at least 2-3 years and shows 97% -100% purity even after storage at room temperature for 3 years. |
