titleOfInvention Liquid composition for vitrification and storage of embryo and method for ultra-low temperature storage of embryo using the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To establish a practical vitrification preservation method, for vitrification preservation of porcine early blastocysts wrapped in a complete zona pellucida, which can be applied to disease control, at ultra-low temperature Provided is a liquid composition and a simple and highly reproducible method for preserving pig embryos at a very low temperature. SOLUTION: (1) M2 solution containing 10% (v / v) ethylene glycol, (2) M2 solution containing 10% (v / v) ethylene glycol, 0.3M sucrose and 1% (w / v) polyethylene glycol. Liquid and (3) 40% (v / v) Ethylene glycol, 0.6M sucrose and 2% (w / v) A liquid composition for vitrifying and preserving swine early blastocysts, comprising a polyethylene glycol-added M2 solution, and a method for ultra-low temperature storage of swine early blastocysts using the composition.
