abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To improve and improve the visibility of windows of buildings and vehicles in rainy weather and to improve the durability of a photocatalytic layer. A translucent substrate, one surface of which is covered with a water-repellent and oil-repellent coating, and the other surface of which is covered with a hydrophilic and anti-fog coating, is provided. Since the oily coating 3 is a perfluoroalkylalkylsiloxane and the hydrophilic and antifogging coating is the photocatalytic layer 2, the visibility of windows of buildings and vehicles in rainy weather is improved. Further, by forming the silica base layer 4 between the translucent substrate 1 and the photocatalyst layer 2, the durability can be improved.
