abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [PROBLEMS] To provide a thermosensitive recording medium having high stability to plasticizers and fats and oils and greatly improving recording sensitivity. SOLUTION: The thermosensitive coloring layer contains at least one kind of a diphenylsulfone cross-linkable compound represented by the following general formula (1) as an organic developer, and further contains a sulfonamide compound represented by the following general formula (2). A heat-sensitive recording material comprising di (p-methylbenzyl) oxalate or 1,2-bis (phenoxymethyl) benzene.
