PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft vinyl chloride resin composite film material capable of forming a heat-sealed portion having stable flame resistance and good heat creep resistance. SOLUTION: On the front and back surfaces of a fiber fabric base fabric, (1) 5- 50 phr of antimony trioxide and (2) (a) 40-9 0 phr of di-n-alkyl phthalate having a molecular weight of 420 or more, adipic acid-based polyester plasticizer, isodecyl adipate, or trioctyl phosphate; 150 phr of ethylene-vinyl acetate or ethylene-acrylate ester with CO introduced or (c) 9 Forming a soft vinyl chloride resin underlayer on both front and back sides containing a plasticizer (a) of 0 phr or less and a mixture of the polymer (b) of 150 phr or less, and an acrylic resin intermediate layer on both front and back sides; A fluororesin surface layer is formed on both surfaces. |
