abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Conventionally, a bent top plate used for furniture members, building members, and the like uses a wood core such as a plywood or a harchicle board as a core, and a decorative board on a surface. Was mainly used. With these top plates, when water permeates through the joints, ends and the like, it causes swelling and corrosion, and it has been particularly difficult to use them for long periods of time in places near water such as kitchens and washrooms. SOLUTION: The surface layer made of a resin material and a thick decorative material made of a core layer are provided with a concave portion while leaving the surface layer in place, and if necessary, the surface layer located in the concave portion is heated to attach a jig to the surface layer. The conventional bending method in which the connector is bent into contact with the surface layer, a fitting is inserted into a position facing the surface layer, and a curable resin is injected into a space surrounded by the surface layer and the connector, cured, and integrally processed. A bent product such as a top plate product that solves the above problem can be obtained. |
