abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a syringe pump for radiopharmaceuticals that can protect a measurer from exposure to radiation and that can automatically administer radiopharmaceuticals. SOLUTION: A first syringe 10 filled with a radiopharmaceutical and a second syringe 20 filled with a physiological saline are connected to a three-way valve 28, and an instruction issued from a computer 34 according to a setting of a setting panel 36. Accordingly, the third drive control unit 32 controls the third drive mechanism 30 to switch the three-way valve 28 to the first syringe 10 side. In this state, the piston 14 is pushed by the first drive mechanism 16, and the radiopharmaceutical is administered to the patient's body. Next, the third drive mechanism 3 0 switches the three-way valve 28 to the second syringe 20 side, and the second drive mechanism 24 pushes the piston 22 so that the physiological saline is administered into the body of the patient.
