SOLUTION: This is a cell line that produces a monoclonal antibody specific to HB, which is obtained by fusing mammalian spleen cells immunized with HB with cells derived from mammalian myeloma. And cloning a cell line producing a monoclonal antibody specific to HB from the fusion cells, wherein the antibody produced from the fusion cells is immunoassayed for its ability to bind to HB.
