titleOfInvention | Method for measuring substances immobilized on solid phase |
abstract | [Problem] To measure a substance immobilized on a solid phase, An object of the present invention is to provide a method for measuring with much higher sensitivity than before by making the volume of the measurement reagent solution used much smaller than before. In a measurement, a solid phase surface is brought into contact with a sufficient amount of a reagent solution for measurement, and then a residual amount of the reagent solution for measurement of a trace amount of a test substance is left on the solid phase surface. The inventors have found that the problem can be solved by removing the measurement reagent solution, and have completed the present invention. |
