titleOfInvention Humidifier
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] While suppressing generation of hydrogen gas, periodic maintenance such as replenishment of water is not required, sufficient humidification can be continuously obtained, and humidification can be freely and easily performed. To provide a humidifying device that can be set. SOLUTION: In a humidifier in which a gas to be humidified is circulated to a cathode side of a solid polymer electrolyte element provided with electrodes having a catalytic action on both sides of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane, the gas in the gas is supplied to an outlet of the humidifier. A hydrogen sensor for detecting the presence of hydrogen is provided, and when the hydrogen sensor detects hydrogen, the current flowing through the solid polymer electrolytic device is stopped.
