abstract (57) [Summary] A gas barrier film-forming resin composition comprising a specific resin (A), a specific resin (B) and a crosslinking agent (C), wherein the resin (A) and the resin A gas-barrier film-forming resin composition, characterized in that all monomers constituting (B) do not contain acrylonitrile, vinyl chloride, and vinylidene chloride. [Effect] The resin composition of the present invention is a resin composition containing no acrylonitrile, vinyl chloride, and vinylidene chloride, which exhibits excellent gas barrier properties in response to environmental problems. Therefore, it is useful as a coating agent for various packaging materials and building materials. When the resin composition according to the present invention is applied to a coating composition, it can be applied to a food packaging material, a pharmaceutical packaging material, and a building structure deterioration preventing material by utilizing the excellent gas barrier properties.
