abstract | (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide an immunological detection method capable of detecting different test substances simultaneously, with high sensitivity and specificity, quickly and easily. In an immunochromatography method, (A) a stationary phase of a first specific binding substance to one test substance is formed on a water-absorbent substrate by n kinds (n Is 1 (B) developing a test solution from one end of the arranged test strip, (B) developing a second specific binding substance to the test substance on the test strip, and (C) performing the test. Developing a labeled complex in which a third specific binding substance to the second specific binding substance is immobilized on colored water-dispersed polymer particles on a piece, wherein the test substance is present in the test liquid. In this case, an immunological test method and a kit for an immunological test of a test substance, wherein a complex is formed on the stationary phase, and color development in the stationary phase is an indicator of the presence of the test substance. |
