abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a bond having at least one crosslinkable silicon group in one molecule and at least one bond selected from the group consisting of a urethane bond, a carbonate bond and an ester bond in one molecule. The heat resistance is improved while maintaining the storage stability of a one-component moisture-curable composition using an organic polymer having the same as a raw material polymer. SOLUTION: A compound capable of generating an active sulfur species acting on a metal atom of a crosslinkable silicon group condensation catalyst by heating in the presence of a crosslinkable silicon group condensation catalyst having a metal atom is converted into a crosslinkable silicon group condensation having a metal atom. A specific amount is added to the catalyst. |
