High density branched aliphatic polyester for PVC plasticizer and soft PVC blend containing the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-density branched aliphatic polyester compound for a PVC plasticizer and a PVC blend containing the same. SOLUTION: A high-density branched aliphatic polyester compound for a PVC plasticizer is a compound formed by self-condensation polymerization of a monomer having one carboxy functional group and two hydroxy functional groups. Such a high-density branched-structured aliphatic polyester has excellent compatibility with PVC, and unlike conventional low-molecular-weight plasticizers such as phthalate-based plasticizers, it is not exuded at all, and the endocrine system of the human body due to exudation of plasticizers. It can solve the problems of disturbance and destruction of the ecosystem, and can provide PVC with sufficient plasticization performance. |
