abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To produce fine polytetrafluoroethylene (P A method for producing a filler-containing PTFE molding powder having a small average particle size and a narrow particle size distribution by granulation from TFE) powder and a filler. SOLUTION: A polytetrafluoroethylene powder having an average particle diameter of 100 μm or less and a filler are stirred in a water-insoluble organic liquid to form a slurry, and this slurry has a particle diameter of 200 to 1000 μm. A method for producing polytetrafluoroethylene molding powder, comprising forming and extruding as coarse particles of the above, followed by stirring and sizing in water. |
