abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a vascular endothelial function measuring device capable of measuring a vascular endothelial function with high accuracy without imposing a large load on a subject and without much skill. SOLUTION: A constant current electrode 41, 42 is attached between a shoulder part and a wrist part of a subject's upper arm, a minute high frequency constant current is supplied from a constant current resting part 40, and the upper arm is separated by a certain distance "L". The impedance between the voltage electrodes 51 and 52 attached to the section is measured before and after the upper-arm excision by the blood pressure measurement / hematuration cuff 22, and the variation ratio of the impedance measured by the impedance conversion section 50 is measured by the pre- and post-hematuration comparison section 11. The impedance change is regarded as a blood flow change and a blood vessel area change, and other blood flow velocity changes are also taken into consideration, and the change ratio is associated with the function of the vascular endothelium as a measurement index of the vascular endothelial function.
