titleOfInvention | Organic-inorganic hybrid with immobilized enzyme and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention compensates for the brittleness of an organic gel carrier of an inclusive enzyme, which has been studied most in immobilization of an enzyme, and has the pressure resistance of an inorganic carrier and an enzyme of an inclusive type. Is to create a composite that is synthesized by a method that causes less damage. Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve these problems, and as a result, impregnated an inorganic porous substance with a solution containing an enzyme, a monomer and a crosslinking agent, and then polymerized and crosslinked. As a result, the present inventors have found that an organic gel containing an enzyme inside the pores of the spherical inorganic porous particles can be easily synthesized, thereby leading to the present invention. That is, the organic compound is three-dimensionally cross-linked in the pores of the inorganic porous material to form a complex in which the enzyme is covered by the organic gel in the inorganic porous material. |
