abstract | (57) [Problem] To manufacture an electrode foil for an electrolytic capacitor capable of increasing the surface area by generating dense and high-density etching pits on the surface of an aluminum foil and improving the capacitance and leakage current characteristics. The aim is to provide a method. SOLUTION: A step of etching the aluminum foil, a step of forming a dielectric oxide film layer by anodizing the surface of the aluminum foil to form a dielectric oxide film layer, and a step of forming an aluminum foil having the dielectric oxide film layer formed thereon. By performing the manufacturing method including the step of compressing in the thickness direction, it is possible to obtain an electrode foil for an electrolytic capacitor in which the capacitance, the leakage current, and the characteristics in a high-frequency region are significantly improved. |
