titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of organic insulating film, organic insulating film material and organic insulating film obtained by the method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Excellent in electrical characteristics, thermal characteristics and low water absorption, Provided are an organic insulating film material, an organic insulating film, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A diaminophenol compound (A) and a d-valent compound (B) (d is an integer of 3 or more and 10 or less) having a fluorine-containing organic group and capable of reacting with an amino group of the compound (A) are provided. Is reacted with a dicarboxylic acid compound (C), and a polymer material having a branched structure is coated on a support and ring-closed, so that a structural unit represented by the general formula (6) is mainly obtained. An organic insulating film having a structure and a low-density resin layer is obtained. N in the formula (6) represents an integer of 2 to 1000. Embedded image |
