(57) [Problem] To provide a carbon fiber which has high tensile strength and compressive strength and can be produced at excellent cost performance. SOLUTION: The total time required for the anti-oxidation process is 70. By setting the heating time to at least 120 minutes, carbon fibers having a torsional elasticity of 17 GPa or more can be manufactured with excellent cost performance. |
