titleOfInvention | Curable resin and curable resin composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured resin excellent in heat resistance, moisture resistance, flexibility and the like, and also to provide a curable resin excellent in tack-free property and alkali developability, and a composition thereof. A radically polymerizable curable resin having one or more radically polymerizable double bonds and one or more carboxyl groups in one molecule, wherein a part or all of the carboxyl groups is at least 2%. The curable resin is characterized in that it is bonded to the main chain of the curable resin via an organic group having a structure having an ester bond and a hydrocarbon chain having 3 or more carbon atoms. |
