SOLUTION: (1S * , 4R * )-4-amino-2- (1S * , 4R * )-4-amino-2 characterized by reacting a cyclopentene-1-carboxylic acid ester with an optically active 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid or an optically active sulfonic acid in the presence of a solvent. -Optical resolution method of cyclopentene-1-carboxylic acid esters.
