titleOfInvention Method for producing iodine-cyclodextrin clathrate
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for easily producing iodine-cyclodextrin clathrates having different clathrate amounts. SOLUTION: In a solution containing an iodine dissolution aid, 1 mol of iodine: 1.5 to 5 mol of an iodine-containing auxiliary is dissolved, and 0.67 to 100 mol of cyclodextrin is added to 1 mol of iodine. A method for producing an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, which comprises adding an iodine-dextrin clathrate compound to precipitate the compound. According to the present invention, iodine-cyclodextrin clathrates having different iodine clathrates can be easily produced.
