(57) [Problem] To provide a method for industrially easily producing an amide compound. A method for producing an amide compound, comprising reacting a compound having an amino group with an anhydride of a polyaminopolycarboxylic acid in the presence of the polyaminopolycarboxylic acid. Examples of the compound having an amino group include proteins, peptides, amino acids, amino sugars, and amines. Examples of the amino sugars include amino oligosaccharides and the like. Examples of reduced amino terminal saccharides include amino oligosaccharides. |
