titleOfInvention | Surface treatment method for inorganic substrate |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a surface treatment that can easily color an inorganic base material and that is hardly discolored. A coloring coating solution comprising a solution containing a dye soluble in water or a solvent, or a dispersion containing a disperse dye or pigment having a particle size smaller than the open pore size of an inorganic substrate such as concrete. About 1 mm of the surface layer of the inorganic base material The surface of the inorganic substrate is colored by impregnation to a degree. Subsequently, only the reinforcing agent, or a reinforcing coating liquid having a particle size larger than the open pore size of the colored inorganic base material and containing a pigment and a reinforcing agent dispersed in water or a solvent is applied to the concrete. The coating liquid for reinforcement reacts with the surface of the concrete to cure and harden, fixing the pigment and simultaneously forming a protective reinforcing layer on the surface of the inorganic substrate, protecting and reinforcing the surface of the inorganic substrate.
