titleOfInvention | Negative electrode current collector for nickel cadmium battery, method for producing the same, and negative electrode for nickel cadmium battery |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] Since the whole is made of high-purity nickel, the charge / discharge characteristics of the battery do not deteriorate, the recycling is easy, and the strength and the dimensional stability are excellent. Therefore, the present invention provides a negative electrode current collector for a nickel cadmium battery, which is not deformed or broken, is easily thinned, and is suitable for increasing the capacity of the battery, a method for manufacturing the same, and a negative electrode. SOLUTION: A negative electrode current collector 10 has a Vickers hardness Hv. Was formed into a thin plate having a large number of holes 101 using nickel having a carbon content of 350 to 450 and a carbon content of 0.01 to 0.1%. The manufacturing method uses a plating mold in which an electrode region corresponding to the negative electrode current collector 10 and an insulating region corresponding to the hole 101 are pattern-formed, and selectively deposits a nickel thin film on the electrode region by electroplating. After deposition, the thin film is released from the plating mold. In the negative electrode, cadmium was supported on the negative electrode current collector 10. |
