SOLUTION: Lyrics data composed of character data mixed with kanji kana is converted into kana character data by kanji kana conversion processing, and the kana character data is allocated to melody note data by kana allocation processing. When converting kanji kana mixed character data to kana character data, a dictionary corresponding to specified genre information is selected from dictionaries respectively corresponding to genre information stored in advance, and kanji kana mixed characters are selected based on this dictionary. Converts data to kana character data. As a result, the kanji is converted into kana with appropriate reading for the genre.
