abstract (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a structure of a semiconductor device realizing low power consumption even when a large screen is realized, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a source wiring 1 of a pixel portion 205. The surface of 26 is plated to reduce the resistance of the wiring. Note that, in the present invention, the source wiring 1 in the pixel portion is used. 26 is manufactured in a step different from that of the source wiring of the drive circuit portion. Also, the electrode of the terminal portion is similarly plated to reduce the resistance.
