titleOfInvention Waste plastic processing method and processing equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and a processing apparatus for waste plastic which can thermally decompose waste plastic to generate cracked oil and neutralize the pH in the cracked oil. SOLUTION: An alkaline substance is added to a waste plastic 1 containing PET from an alkaline substance addition device 20. The waste plastic 1 is subjected to thermal dechlorination in the thermal dechlorination apparatus 3 and then thermally decomposed in the thermal decomposition apparatus 4 to generate a decomposition gas. The acidic gas generated in the thermal decomposition apparatus 4 is neutralized by the alkaline substance. The cracked gas from the thermal cracking device 4 is recovered in the cracked oil recovery device 6.
