Small sustained-release tablets |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a small-sized sustained-release tablet having a stable dissolution rate and excellent moldability, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Elementary granules mainly composed of a physiologically active substance are further coated with a coating agent composed of a hydrophobic substance and a plastic excipient or a coating agent composed of a hydrophobic substance, a plastic excipient and an enteric polymer. Small-sized sustained-release tablets, characterized in that the coated granules are compression-molded together with a disintegrating excipient. |
