PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storage stability of a fat emulsion containing lidocaine in order to reduce vascular pain upon injection, which is a side effect of intravenous propofol fat emulsion. SOLUTION: Lidocaine is added in advance to an oil phase component containing prophor, and this is emulsified in water to obtain an emulsion. A surfactant having an HLB of 10 or more is added as a stabilizer to the aqueous phase in advance, or added later to the emulsion, and the pH of the emulsion is adjusted to 3.0 to 3.0 in the presence of the stabilizer. Adjust to a range of 6.5. |
