titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for producing powdered explosive composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a low-sensitivity, atomized crystalline explosive more safely and inexpensively by using a simple manufacturing equipment, and to provide a crystalline explosive and components other than the crystalline explosive. Dispersibility, Provided is a method for obtaining a powder explosive composition having good binding properties. SOLUTION: A liquid obtained by dissolving or suspending one or more crystalline explosives or an explosive composition raw material containing one or more crystalline explosives and a polymer compound in an organic solvent using an inert gas or the like. The powdered explosive composition comes in contact with an insoluble poor solvent after the solvent of 40 to 90 wt% of the solvent used is distilled off from the raw material of the explosive composition while the spray liquid passes through the injection tube. By doing so, a powdery explosive composition having a desired particle diameter and controlled to be spherical is produced. |
