abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dampening solution composition which is comfortable and safe in a working environment which can be replaced with isopropyl alcohol, and has excellent printing stability. Also, a lithographic printing plate that exhibits good and stable printability even under the condition of a member rotating at a high speed, exhibits good printability with stability for various inks, and can obtain excellent printed matter. A fountain solution composition is provided. SOLUTION: A dampening solution composition for a lithographic printing plate comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone and at least one selected from the group consisting of acetylene alcohol and acetylene glycol. |
