abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To suppress the transmission of light, to substantially block the transmission of light in a specific wavelength band, to protect the contents of the package, and to check the contents of the package. It is an object of the present invention to provide a light-shielding packaging film that does not cause color change of characters and patterns. SOLUTION: A design print layer 11 provided on one surface side of a base film 10 and a white layer 12 which is a base of the design print layer 11 are provided. And a coloring layer 13 provided on a base of the white layer 12 to suppress transmission of light in a specific wavelength band.
