(57) Abstract: A method for stably and uniformly coating inorganic particles with boron nitride, and a material obtained by the method. A precursor or a boron nitride powder obtained by performing a polymerization reaction of a compound serving as a boron source and a nitrogen source on the surface of inorganic particles is impregnated with a solution of an inorganic salt, and the solvent is removed. The obtained precursor is calcined at least once in a non-oxidizing or oxidizing atmosphere. |
